ABF Legal was established by the Australian Brotherhood of Fathers to provide expert advocacy support, legal advice and representation in all legal matters. The ABF is a lobby group formed to raise awareness around the important role fathers play in the family unit while highlighting where policy fails to protect the rights and welfare of fathers when they find themselves in crisis. The motto of ABF Legal is “Families Need Fathers” which represents our law firm’s underlying principle that our children and our society are better with fathers as role models and providers.
